Annual Meeting

Plateau Electric Cooperative’s Annual Meeting is held the first Saturday of May, in accordance with the Cooperative’s bylaws.

The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at PEC’s Oneida office May 3, 2024. Future meeting dates:

• Saturday, May 3, 2025
• Saturday, May 2, 2026
• Saturday, May 1, 2027
• Saturday, May 6, 2028
• Saturday, May 5, 2029
• Saturday, May 4, 2030

Following is a sample agenda for an annual meeting:

SAMPLE AGENDA FOR ANNUAL MEETING

1. Report on the number of members present in order to determine the existence of a quorum.
2. Reading of the notice of the meeting and proof of the due publication or mailing thereof or the waivers of notice of meeting, as the case may be.
3. Reading of unapproved minutes of previous meetings of the members and the taking of necessary action thereon.
4. Presentation and consideration of reports of officers, directors, and committees.
5. Unfinished business.
6. New business.
7. Adjournment.
